I am delighted that I have switched both my homeowner's policy and car insurance to McGriff-Williams. I had been a long-term client with another agency and when the threat of significantly higher rates were proposed on home owner's policies and possible cancellation of home-owner's policies, I decided to "shop around." I actually spoke with several agents, but none knew their products more than McGriff-Williams. They actually educated and informed me of a number of options, and all the pros and cons. I did not get this from other agencies. Rather, I felt that I was actually discouraged from asking questions about their products and they took it personally that I questioned some of the information provided to me.

They take as much time as you need to make the best decisions that will meet your needs; they answer client questions and provide responsive feedback if an answer is not readily available. I felt like I was respected and at the same time, they made sure I was purchasing only what I needed. My past experience with another agency kept me uninformed, and as a result, I had excessive coverage beyond what I needed.

I thought that Carly Moore did an outstanding job! I know that McGriff-Williams allowed her to stay on top of my every need. I had quotes at a "break neck" speed and the service did not slow down the entire time. She even came in to work on her day off to meet with me so I could better understand all of my options and all the details. She took the time to explain everything to me to my satisfaction, not hers. Even when I had detailed questions that could not be answered at that time, she got back to me with answers right away. I had been a Nationwide customer for approximately twelve years, and although I had problems with some of the individual offices as I moved around the state, I stayed with Nationwide because they had always treated me fairly. I had only made a few claims during those twelve years, and each time I had a different adjuster, and each time I was very, very pleased with the outcome.

Alayna made calling their office a please. She is always pleasant when she answers the phone and takes the time to call me when my payment is received. I have heard so many complaints about other insurance agencies-- people cannot reach their agent or the agent isn't helpful. I have referred several of my friends to McGriff-Williams and they thank me later because they are so much happier there.
