Karen Adams started her life in Poughkeepsie, New York, but moved to Gainesville from Boca Raton, Florida in 1998 to be a Gator. By the time Karen earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2001, she had already entered the world of insurance as a Claims Call Center Representative with Nationwide Insurance. Karen joined the McGriff-Williams team in 2003 and has been here since. She is married to her husband James and is an avid Gator sports fan who also enjoys yoga. Her focus at McGriff-Williams is to provide excellent coverage, a competitive price and tremendous customer service each and every time.

Kacey Anderson

Kacey Anderson is another Gainesville native who earned her Associates degree from Santa Fe College. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2003 beginning at Nationwide Insurance handling liability and medical claims and is licensed as a Customer Service Representative. In 2008, Kacey joined McGriff-Williams where she strives to assist customers with their needs and works hard to build trust with her clients. Kacey was a cheerleader for eleven years and has a passion for children and helping others. In her spare time, Kacey enjoys spending time with family, cooking, crafts and shopping. She has been married to her husband, Erik, for two years.

Born in Arcadia, Florida, Lisa Cameron came to Gainesville with prospects of earning her degree in Business at the University of Florida. Following graduation, she immediately began her insurance career. After a few years in the insurance business, she became a part of the McGriff-Williams team and remains an integral part of the company ten years later. Lisa earned her Customer Service Representative license 13 years ago. Lisa has two young children. She enjoys watching her daughter, Sophie, practice English horseback riding and spending time with her son, Clayton. Lisa’s personal goal at McGriff-Williams is understanding client’s needs so that she can help them quickly and efficiently.

Alayna DeSalvo is like many Gainesville transplants who now consider ‘The Gator Nation’ their hometown. Originally from Keene, New Hampshire, Alayna migrated into the insurance industry after receiving her license in massage therapy in 2003. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Bachelors degree in Business Administration and is looking forward to being licensed in insurance in the future. She is proud of her Italian and Filipino mixed heritage and when she isn’t at work she spends time shopping, planning events and trying new recipes. Alayna’s insurance philosophy is to connect with clients on a personal level to build stronger business relationships.

Melissa Eberst is from the city of Gainesville and earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Florida. She is a licensed Customer Service Representative and has been working with McGriff-Williams for the last five years. Following Gator sports and spending time with her husband, Todd, and two children, Lainey and Gracie, keep Melissa busy in her free time. At McGriff-Williams, Melissa believes that providing excellent service and communicating with and developing relationships with policyholders makes the insurance process a more pleasant experience for everyone.

Victoria Loeffler moved to Gainesville at the age of five from Virginia. A graduate of Eastside High School, Victoria has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 1996 and has been working in the insurance industry for ten years. When she’s not reading a good book, surfing the internet or spending time with her husband, Keith, and daughter, Amber, Victoria goes the extra mile to treat customers the way she would want to be treated as a member of the McGriff-Williams Insurance team.

Lee McGriff, a founder and partner of McGriff-Williams Insurance Agency, is from Tampa, Florida. Lee earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1976. After playing professional football for two years, he became an assistant college football coach for six years. Lee coached the tight ends at FSU in 1977, and then returned to the University of Florida to coach the wide receivers from 1979-1982. He began his insurance career in 1983 by starting his own Nationwide Insurance Agency. Lee and Mack Williams became partners in 1986 and created McGriff-Williams Insurance Agency that has been going strong since its inception. Their partnership remains extraordinary as they continue to work to make their agency better and better with the same enthusiasm as they started with in 1986. Lee enjoys his family, friends, and sports. He and his wife, Margie, have four prosperous children, Travis, Britt, Molly and Lacey, and two grandchildren.

A Seminole on paper, but a Gator at heart, Carly Moore is from Gainesville, Florida and has worked with McGriff-Williams since May of 2008. Prior to that, Carly earned her Bachelors degree in Risk Management and Finance at Florida State University and holds a 20-44 license in Florida Personal Lines Insurance. Carly’s parents both live and work in Gainesville and her brother, Kyle, plays basketball for Tusculum in Tennessee. When Carly isn’t spending time spinning, running or being active at her church, she is working hard at McGriff-Williams to give customers and clients more than what they expect.

Jade Morgan grew up close to Gainesville in the city of Williston, Florida and is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Jade stayed at home to care for her two children, Makenna and Ryder, from 2005 until June 2009 when she joined the McGriff-Williams Insurance team. Outside of the office, Jade spends her time having fun with her family , reading, traveling, working out and going to the beach. Jade enjoys working with people and believes smiles and positive attitudes are infectious.

Michelle Taber’s interest in insurance began as a high school student
working for a life insurance agency in her home town of Jupiter,
Florida. Michelle moved to Gainesville to pursue a degree in Family,
Youth and Community Sciences. Upon graduating, Michelle worked for a
Gainesville non-profit before returning to the insurance industry in
June of 2011. She is married to husband Jared and enjoys cooking,
staying active and spending time anywhere near the water. As a licensed
Customer Service Representative, Michelle strives to exceed customers
expectations by expressing a sincere interest in their insurance

Brooke Weinbrecht is a licensed Insurance Agent who also holds her Adjusters License. Brooke is a thrill-seeker from Archer, Florida who gets her adrenaline rush from skydiving, camping, fishing and other outdoor activities that she can do with her husband and two sons. Before joining McGriff-Williams, Brooke worked with Allstate Insurance from 1998 to 2001 and Nationwide Insurance from 2001 to 2009. A Florida native from Ormond Beach, Kaitlin White moved to Gainesville
to pursue her college education as a Gator. She earned her Bachelors
of Science in Recreation, Parks and Tourism, with a specialization in
Recreation and Event Management. Following graduation, she completed a
marketing internship at the Gator Bowl Association in Jacksonville. In
June 2011, Kaitlin joined the McGriff-Williams team and earned her
license as a Customer Service Representative shortly after. She enjoys
trying new restaurants, going to the gym and taking weekend trips. Kaitlin is becoming more active within the community and is looking
forward to making Gainesville her home and sharing the values of
McGriff-Williams with the community. |

Andy Wilcox, originally from Melrose, Florida, earned his Bachelors of Science in Business and Marketing from Ball State University. Andy is a licensed Insurance Agent and, in the past, has worked in the banking industry dealing with high net worth clients and commercial accounts. In addition to being a professional water skier, Andy enjoys running and spending time with his wife, Monica, and their two sons, Kyler and Fletcher. Bryan Williams is a Gainesville native who earned his Bachelors of Arts degree at the University of South Florida in 2004. An athlete by nature who played football for the USF Bulls during his tenure, Bryan remains a Bulls fan who also enjoys spending time with his family. Mack Williams is a Gainesville native and graduate of Gainesville High School and TCU. Before making a career out of insurance, Mack spent 15 years working with a family retail catalog business. He received his license in 1986 and has been in the insurance industry ever since. A graduate gemologist who also enjoys golf, Mack spends his down time with his family including his wife, Kathryn, two children, Melissa and Bryan, and two grandchildren. At McGriff-Williams, Mack’s philosophy is do his best to be memorable to his clients-- in a positive way.
